Should a yorkshire pudding baking tray be. Not those great big things the size of a small island , the nice dinky ones about 2 1/2" accross.I have tried muffin tins and shallow tins but to no avail .

Ive always used a standard cupcake type tray for individual yorkies.

You want normal old fashion bun tins. Modern cupcake tins are much deeper than than traditional bun tins and will be more like muffin tins.

yep, use old bun tins. if you think 'whats a bun, is it a sort of cupcake' then get off our yorkshires!
