Cleaning video camera lens... from the inside
Discussion
Seems my Panasonic SDR-S26 didn't like being dragged around a wet Oulton Park on the roll cage of a Caterham - there's something on the inside of the lens now that is ruining the recorded picture. Presume it's condensation?
Anyone opened up one of these cameras or similar? What do yu reckon my chances of getting to the inside of the lens with a cleaning cloth (and getting it back together!)?

If it's condensation then the first thing to try would be an airing cupboard for a day to two - see if that fixes it.
I can actually see the problem from the outside, looking through the lens, it looks like either dirt or just a residue from when the moisture dried out, sadly I don't think putting it in a warm, dry environment is going to make any difference now, it needs a clean.Tumble dryer would probably be a kinder environment than the one I exposed it to in the first place!

Thanks, unfortunately my prize goes back at the end of April (just as the sun will come out no doubt!) which is partly why I want to get the video camera working again, otherwise all I've have left of my time with the big cat will be memories and a heap of fuel receipts
