This is over the other side of Brest Docks from where our boat is in drydock. Some sort of Satellite tracking vessel is my guess, apologies for quality of pic, but I dont think I want to/should be taking pics close up
FS Monge. You're right, it's mainly used for missile tracking with a bit of space work thrown in. Supports the development of France's own ballistic missiles and the occasion Ariane launch.
Looks like a satellite tracking ship. Only pics I can find on the net are of a Chinese one
