M74 scamera: what speed do they send a NIP?

coming north on M74 at the weekend, i think i have been scamered. at what speed do they send you the dreaded NIP? 75, 80, 85+
any info from previous unfortunates would be much appreciated, so i know what to expect?

If they are working to ACPO Code then:
70 mph = 79mph for Conditional Offer and 96 mph Summons to Court for a real slapped wrist.
General guide is ten per cent over plus two.

In my interrogations of gobblers, the ACPO guidelines tend to be the most stringent. Mobile vans usually ping people at more like 85mph on a motorway. If it was much less they'd be sticking on everyone.
