I know they're not really the world's favourite airline, but we've just experienced them on a flight to San Fran.

We booked into premium economy back in december before all the current unrest. So we were a little nervous of any disruption to our plans. Then a few days before departure, they offered a Club Class upgrade outbound for £399.

Hmmm, so the flight is full then. We didn't pay for the upgrade, instead enquired about a freebe one at the airport.

So there we were in our own little club class cubicle sipping the champers before take off. biggrin Also seems the cabin crew were keen to offload as much of it as they could in the air. Bloody marvelous!

When BA are on form they're great. However, when they drop the ball they drop it with a vengeance.
