Right Im looking for someone who can get me Castrol Transmax Z atf flui for the ute in the uk ( Well gods country anyway)

Anyone know somewhere that stocks it and not opie oils as he cant get me anything close to the spec i need.

Yeah i dont think folk have read it before replying.

Opieoils cant get me it and cant even get me an alternative that is suitable.

Castrol have said transmax z is avail in the uk but i may have to go to a Man or daf truck service centre to get it.

Hi Mate. cant get a pic of ur UTE but i reckon its a ford and if ur like us Holden boys dont u want some Royal Purple for the Beast.

Thats what we put in out gearboxes and diffs and it avalible from various suppliers.

Not thought about Royal purple as no one on any of the falcon forums have mentioned it.

Its for the auto box which is Casgtrol TQ95 or Transmax Z.

Did you contact the supplier in the link I posted and ask if it's avalable in smaller quantities?

FWIW the price for 20 litres looks pretty good for a fully synthetic ATF. I'd be tempted myself at the price, I'll be needing 8 or so litres of ATF this year and would prefer fully synthetic.

I didnt contact them as thats the price for 20l every month.

I found a shop up here but its £200 for a one off 20l drum.

you've not got a purple ute by any chance and were heading southbound out of Perth on Saturday just before 2pm? If so I spotted you - as Si says pity its a Ford rather than a Holden but still a nice toy.

i refusw to pay the inflated prices holden ute owners here want i mean 12k for a 2002 model with high mileage.

I paid less than that for an 04 falcon with less mileage and faster than the ss to boot.

i can get 20l of valvoline max life atf 75-80 which is the equivalent of transmax z snd meets my trans requirements for 93quid +vat if your interested?
