Larger iPhone docking adapter?

Has anyone bought or know of anywhere that sells an iPhone docking adapter that can take an iPhone in a Gel casing. So it's a slightly larger cutout to support the larger size but also allows the iPhone to slot properly onto the dock.

I have an iPhone with a Switcheasy Vulcan case on it at the moment. It's only a few mms larger than normal but it's enough to not allow the phone to properly connect.

I've search the Apple store and they are all standard ones, I have tried all of the adapters that came the the docking station I have and none of them work. Google search not brining up anything yet either, surely someone must have had this issue before.

It is annoying my wife has a mini in a plastic case that means it won't fit into any of the adaptors.

I did one for a guy at work using his standard dock and my dremmell, turned out quite well with a bit of trial and error, that was the only thing we could do as I don't think there's a larger dock available.
