Steam Locomotive through Gatwick Airport tonight!?

Evening gents, I'm in my office at Gatwick Airport working the night shift, it looks directly down onto the railway station. I heard something approaching, then a loud whistle, as I looked out the window, all I saw was a load of period coaches disappearing into the distance and a cloud of steam. What just came through!? It was headed northbound. I'm really annoyed I missed it, as I love steam locos. It was all a bit surreal!

After some digging around the net, it seems it was 70013 "Oliver Cromwell" returning to base, from a trip from Bristol to Hawards Heath. Sounded good anyway!

Na, nothing that exciting, luckily.

I do hardware and software support for the checkin desks, departure gates and back office systems. Along with all the airlines own crewing and briefing stuff. Thrilling...
