When I was at Burghead (a couple of miles from Forres) a couple of years ago I saw two bright red lights dashing about the sky. When I mentioned it I was told to keep my mouth shut as they didn't talk about them there.

This was sort of 'firey' sphere, mainly orange coloured but changing to more whiteish at the front (in terms of the direction it was moving). Odd, very odd...

Definitely not a satelite - it wasn't way up in the sky and it was very clear it was sphere-shaped.

Could it have been one of those lanterns you put a candle light in it and it floats away?

It didnt look something like this then?

It could of been moving fast if it was a windy night. it would also explain the random pattern.
