What I mean is, at work I mat see a thread that looks interesting but not one that would be safe to open at work for example. For instance the pussy in my pants thread. I would be nervous to open this at work due to the title.
However one I get home sometimes I have forgotten the name of the particular thread or just can not find it. A way to bookmark a thread for later reading once I get home, without first opening it, would be great.

I think yours are a rather unusual set of requirements, so there is no need to build a special button.
The best option is to just email yourself, or if you really want to add it to your watch list you can do it by editing the url of the watch page: http://www.pistonheads.com/gassing/watchTopic.asp?... just change the t= number at the end to match the t= number in the url of the topic and you can watch a thread without opening it. But it's a bit of a faff.
