A friend who has been diagnosed with cancer wants to writer a blog, but just for her so no general access. Anyone know a blog site that allows this?

Blogger is definitely one of the best, very easy to use if you're not used to coding. If you Google "Blogger Templates" you can find a ton of designs that are easy to download and then add to the blog to make it look nicer, also gives you a much bigger selection than the ones Blogger offers you.
