First you need to analyze why you are lazy and what you are lazy about. Then you need to make a plan to get rid of your lazy trait by making yourself commit to something.

It is all about determination and how bad you want to do this and really forming good habits or dropping bad ones. As long as you want it, and bad, you will get it.

Like I say, focus and determination will always let you succeed.

Not today, had far too many last night.

As one gets older, it becomes much easier to gain unwanted flab rather than lose it. frown

I think of myself as pretty lazy, how the fook I managed to get up at 8.30 this morning and run 6 miles I have no idea. Perhaps the fact I have balanced it out with doing feck all since? (there's a 'to do' list as long as my arm of house things I should be doing...)

make lists and keep ticking things off as they get done but then I consider myself very motivated.
