Picked my E39 up yesterday

Picked my E39 M5 up yesterday...been looking for one for a few weeks and finaly found what I had been looking for....drove home from Salisbury to South Wales.....stunning drive, stunning car...could not believe how such a big car could be hustled around bends....I am really going to enjoy this car.

What did you upgrade from?

Not sure you would call it an upgrade...my wife is not going back to work after having our 2nd child so needed some cash.....Sold my TVR T350T and the only car I really liked was an E39 M5.....After 1 day with the car I don't think I would go back to the T350....This is my 3rd M car. Had an E30 M3 EVO11 way back and them an M3 CSL a couple of years ago...Great cars.

Yep, BC Coilovers...No roll in the corners but the ride is still OK......saying that I am used to some stiff riding cars.....They are adjustable so you can have them softer or harder than standard.....the chap had raised it slightly before I got it to. As it is I think I wouldn't go any lower.
