Another hid question

Just fitted hi-low bi zeon hid's to the car. When i turn the sidelights on the hids fire up, ive read the comments about cutting a wire at the control box but the pix thats are on the topic look nothing like my control box, does anybody know what wire it is for the older style lights?

Mine has the Classic (not older ) lights. I'm 99% certain it's the red and black wire that you snip.

your control box got alot of wires going to it? Mines got about 14 ish, or am i looking at the wrong box? Lol

It isn't the main Light Control unit, you need to cut the wire on the Dim/Dip control box, on the extreme Right hand side of the petrol tank. It's the RED wire with the Black stripe.

Cutting isn't necessary. There is another smaller unmarked box in the same area that has the red and black wire connecting to it by a spade? connector. Easy enough to pull it out with the same effect.
