This is for the mother in law, she's moving down south end of the month, and in the new house they'll be needing the phone line connected, and broadband installed.

The easy option is BT, but they're a bunch of overcharging conniving git bags. Especially when they use a subsidiary thats available to others for enabling the line.

Only obvious option is Sky - cheaper for the line rental, considerably better deals on the broadband, but will they only offer the phone and BB with a Sky TV connection?

Any other choices? I don't think cable is available at the new location.

Could you go with an LLU provider like Opal?

Browsing their website .... if they're offering personal/home connections they're doing a darned good job of hiding it.

You may get a business grade BB from them on LLU cheaper than you can get line rental with BB on top from BT?

I can certainly point you in the right direction of someone who can discuss it with you?

PM me if you are intererested.
