Rover 25 Gearbox oil changing

Not sure which gearbox I have - Haynes list R65 or PG1.
Manual says change gearbox oil @105000 miles, but can't seem to find the drain or level plugs. Car is 04 reg.
Have heard that boxes are sealed for life, which seems strange as what happens if oil leaks out past seal etc??

Any advice appreciated.

If it's an R65 then I don't know as I have never seen one and can't find a any info.
