Will be reassembling my front / rear suspension next week, anyone got a pic of how the spacers go on the poly bushes ??, forgot to take a pic before I took them apart.

Good man Quinny, very good effort. Agree about latex gloves, vinyl an improvement but I find the blue Nitrile even better, they fit tightly like latex but are much more tolerant of oil etc.

Missed your performing dog on this one!

Thanks, the reason why I asked is that I had some shocks fitted a while ago and I think they didnt reassemble with the correct number of washers. Ill email a pic over to you to take a look if thats ok.
