Has anyone tried to get Apple UK to acknowledge a complaint about an App in the App Store ?

Bought a £1.79 App a few months ago, and it doesn't actually work (photography app that is supposed to de-saturate a picture, but it flips it upside down and distorts it instead). So far, they have not even bothered to reply despite "Reporting a problem" twice via both the phone and iTunes.

I am thinking of submitting a money claim. Petty I know, but they can't even be bothered to respond. Sadly iTunes is Luxemburg, so this may prove difficult.

good luck on that !

i think the best you can do would be to leave a bad review on the itunes website, so at least you'll warn other people not to waste money on the crapapp

iTunes has a strict no refunds rule usually, unless you have a real case.
This sound more like a program to have a go at and get fixed rather than getting money back, sadly!
