... Get on a bus at the same stop. The bus is completly full except for the fold down seat at the front which is designated for elderly people, pregnant ladies and folds up to give space for wheel chairs.

Fortunately, this is a fictional world and noone has sat in this seat because they are all able, young and male. However, they are all rude s and noone will offer their seat to the new passengers.

Who should get the seat/space?

The old lady has a zimmer and can't stand for very long, especially on a moving bus. The pregnant woman is ready to pop and the man in the wheel chair... well, he's in a wheel chair.

wheel chair would need to take it otherwise no one else could get by, whereas at least grandma or preggo could shuffle over a bit.

I'd give up my seat to any one of them, get off the bus and walk home. I'd probably get home sooner and in a better mood.

Stick the wheelchair in it, park the old lady on the wheelchair user's knee, and let the pregnant lady stand up.

Solution 1
The man and the chicken cross the river, (the fox and corn are safe together), he leaves the chicken on the other side and goes back across.

The man then takes the fox across the river, and since he can't leave the fox and chicken together, he brings the chicken back.

Again, since the chicken and corn can't be left together, he leaves the chicken and he takes the corn across and leaves it with the fox.

He then returns to pick up the chicken and heads across the river one last time.

Stick the old dear with the zimmer on it.
The old boy is already sat down.

The old mans already in a wheel chair so hes already got a seat. The old womans already got something to lean on so the pregnant woman gets it. (only fair as theres two of them)

Who's paying full fare? Let them on first, the other two can wait for the next bus.

Ah, it's one of those lateral thinking things isn't it?

Old man - sits in the seat.

Old lady - sits down in the wheelchair (she may as well get used to it as she'll be in one soon).

Pregnant Lady - leans on the zimmer frame

Is the wheelchair man one of the mental ones? If so you could just leave him at the bus stop, he probably won't know any different. Ditto the old lady.

So that leaves the seat free for the pregnant woman, who can get on with overpopulating the country.

Considering the issues it would raise, it seems easier to put your foot down and not stop at the bus stop, thus avoiding the situation.
