Hi,

Im going to be buying a 350z in june, probably an 07 GT model, whats peoples average insurance quote for the 350z?

I am 24, 6 yrs NCB, no points/accidents and been quoted just over 1k for the above model.

Is that normal?

I'd have said that's remarkably good considering you're under 25.

This may sound daft, but I found the insurance for the 313 07+ cars cheaper than the previous models. Have you tried Swiftcover ?

I'm 21 years old, clean licence, 3 years NCB and my Zed GT is only £1300 - fully comp with admiral. This includes breakdown cover, all legal cover and a low excess.

Not bad smile

Last year my insurance was £1050. I was 27, with 4 years NCD, no convictions, no claims, on the road parking and that was with Adrian Flux.

I received my renewal a few days ago from Flux. I'm a year older, 28, I now have 5 years NCD and the car is worth less as it has more mileage and is a year older. They quoted me £1550+. That's an increase of £500 for absolutely no reason at all.

A quick go on comparethemarket and I've found someone for £1050 again but it's through a company I've not heard of before.

Insurance rates are on the rise, hence increased premiums. You can still save money by shopping around, but make sure you'll get the cover and claims service you need...

Adrian Flux quoted me about £600 for the year. NU were £1,350!!

That seems strange, could you pm me your surname and postcode and I will look into it.

I am 25 with 6 years no claims and my 350z cost me £520 from elephant. When i first got the car i had to take out a new policy because Adrian Flux wanted £3000 to move it from my GT4. So for the first two months i had no no-claims bonus with elephant and it only cost £614.
