Are any of you guys and gals going to Bowling Green for the C4/ZR1 bash this May?

I am hoping to rent a Vette in the Nashville area, does anyone have a contact or a web address?

We are going. We also looked at getting a vette out there as well but they wanted way too much money - the hire on one for 2 weeks was about the same as shipping my car over and back again. If you do find somewhere that hires at a good price let me know.

Its a shame Paul Gamsa went last year

What are your travel plans Brett? We are flying out on the 11th to Nashville and back the following Sunday. Are you staying at the University Plazza in BG?

We are flying out on the 8th May to Atlanta and returning on the 22nd May. We'll be hiring a car and driving around doing the tourist thing (six flags theme park is a definite). We are at the UP on the 13,14 & 15 May.

Sorry Brett, I can't remember if you've already said, have you done the BG gathering before?
FWIW, apart from a particular balcony party and the usual bar times, one of my favourites was to hang around in the staging area during the drags, but that was also when Lane Goldstein was runnin Fastlane, great memories!
Also, Misled usually sports a different but thought provoking teeshirt each year, keep an eye out for that.

Oh yes, one last thing, never, never ever follow blackzr into a liquor store, at least while not wearing a full chemical warfare protection suit.

No JT I've not been before. We almost went last year but opted for the 50th celebrations instead.

Well in that case Brett, if it's anything like any of my several gathering attendances, you'll have a great time.
Again, IMHO: make it to the drags, watch out for Milstead's teeshirt, among others make a point of saying hi to Bob Hall, Ed Roddy, Corey Henderson, Hal Hunnicut and buy a beer for Curtis Ward, if he's there!

We're making first trip to bowling Green in July and looking forward to it. Should get to see some C6s coming off the line. The temptation will be strong!

Hi Jordi, great to hear from you, amigo.
Do you think you'll plan to do BG again?
What about Beech Bend, did you enjoy it?
