Italian lakes - villa owners or suggestions

Hi all,

I am looking for a villa somewhere in the Italian lakes for the first week in June. Myself, wife and 1 year old baby. I realise that Como, Garda and Maggorie are reasonalbly accessable from most areas so the Villa could be anywhere really, as long as there are a couple of restaurants, bars nearby etc. Close to the water or with a private pool would be a bonus!
