Nice Hotel within a few hours of Spalding Lincs?

Hi all, can anyone recommend a nice hotel for a weekend away in June for me and the Mrs as a birthday treat for her. Plan is to take the kids (and dog) to her parents in Spalding (this is a 2 hour drive for me) and then go onto the hotel for a nice weekend break. We have stayed at Sprowston Manor Norwich before and would like something similar which has a pool, Sauna etc etc. I do not know that part of the UK well enough

Any recommendations would be appreciated
