I believe someone at work has been viewing my emails, occasionally I see unread emails being marked as read and then they go back to unread. Is it possible to find out who it is? I just hope I'm not going insane!!

What email system do you use?

Are you on Exchange and Outlook or Lotus Notes?

Leave your outlook closed for a few hours and ask your exchange administrator to see who last accessed your mailbox.

Not as silly as you might think....double check it's not YOU smile

Have you got the option turned on to "mark as read" if you view it in the reading pane? I've seen people get puzzled by that one before smile

We run outlook and I have access to every every email account and email received or sent within the company from my own outlook (I'm the boss, and they know I monitor). Can be done, easily and legally.

If on the other hand you don't have the same policy, speak to your boss and make him/her aware that someone has hacked into your emails as it's very naughty yes
