Range Rover hi-fi misery

I have a 2005 RR Vogue which the hi-fi just won't work 15% of the time after starting her up. It's been to the dealer who said it needed a reset. This worked, but then a couple of weeks later the problem came up again.

I'm tired of taking this thing back to the dealer, not because they're bad, but I'd go there every week if I couldn't put up with all it's issues.

Does anyone know how to do this mystery 'reset' of the comms/ICE system (it's the touchscreen one), or point in the way of a possible solution.

NAV still works, just don't get any sound through the radio/phone.

I've had an issue like that a couple of times. This is on a 2004 car so a different system, but my issue was actually a bluetooth telephone! (Nokia kit, Not the land rover one)
When you get/make a call it cuts the radio, occasionally my Nokia phone has a bit of a fit and either reboots itself (in which case the radio goes off then comes back on it's own when the phone has rebooted) or just decides to hijack the radio and won't let go! In which case the audio stays off. All the screen graphics work, but I can't find any way to get any sound back on other than to turn off bluetooth on the phone or the whole phone!

Probably not the issue you're having but you never know!
