pre-cats removal method

Removed my precats today and although I was dreading it, it only took me about 1 1/2 hours to do both. I used a fairly brutal method though - a heavy SDS drill and flat chisel bit.......

Me too, but I left the manifolds in situ!

well done! takes me that long to jack up the car front and back and secure it at a safe height to get the ehaust off!!

How are you planning to get all the remaining bits off stuck to the manifold wall?
