Had the roof off today (05 E46 M3) and although the heated seats are ok, they are no where near as hot as the heated seats in my E36, even when set on 3. is there any way of adjusting the temperature?
Any ideas how to get at them, is it a seat removal?
No idea mate sorry. However I'd imagine that there are pads under the leather, so it might be a case of seats out and trim off. Have they always been this way, or just recently?
I once had a heated seat problem on a Merc - one of the panels did not heat up. It was a new seat base (under warranty, but I don't believe there was any other way of changing the element).
