Why Do We Do It
Discussion
I've been pondering the question again, why do I devote so much of my time and slightly more than my available cash to motor sport,
if its not working on my own cars, or racing them myself, Im treking around the world either watching racing or working for other teams.
I mean if you asked me to pull a 36+ hour shift stood on a freezing pit wall, after 2-3 12-14 hour days in my real work I'd charge you a fortune, but at several 24h races I've done it in the past for a t-shirt and a few cans of red bull.
Im struggling to see why, but I seem to be addicted...
Anyone know why, is there a cure...

You know, I wish I was intelligent enough to form an articulate answer, but all I know is that as a kid, I used to stand behind my dads Mk2 Escort when he started it up cos I loved the smell.
There is no logic to this sort of behaviour and my dad wasnt even a petrol head (It was a 1.3 Estate).
I say, just let it be.
