fking dumb brewery company. What a complete useless fking business you are. Your are 8M in debt and rising so when someone offers you 500K for a failing village pub why turn it down? If you are that fking stupid to think that I will come back with a revised offer you can kiss my hairy fat fking arse. The offer was good and you fking know it you st fat . You forced the landlord out due to your excessive fking rent and don't get me started on the fking price you charge for a barrell. Get your fking act together you usless shower of st. You want to wonder why your 8M in debt, its fking simple, you have turned the pub trade into a fking nightmare that is simpley not profitable due to your st arse, dumb , fking stupid business model.

Feel better for that.

You're better off without. Bunch of devious, lying, shadey underhand twunts doesn't begin to describe said brewery. hence them currently being forced to decide between a settlement or going to court and the cleaners by someone I know smile

8/10 for the rant

Lost a couple of points for too many fking and lack of variety of other swearwords!

Don't understand why anyone would even consider renting a pub with the terms the Pubco's have these days

In these situations it is always useful to go back in with a revised offer.

For a lower amount.

I will now think better of you because you can afford a pub.

I can't really afford it unless a certain backer puts his money where his mouth is and comes up with half. But it would be a shame to see such a nice friendly village pub close as it is the hub of the community.

I really can't understand why this brewery company which is in such high debt and failing drastically refused the offer. Oh well you really can't get your head around some business peoples stupidty.

Stu_R are we sure we are talking about a certain enterprise based in the land of the smoggies?

wouldn't it be cheaper to buy once it does fold?

Its closing when it runs out of beer. The brewery won't put in a relief manager and told the existing landlord just to lock it up and leave. They know the situation and refused the offer point blank. It will lie empty for ages till some other sucker comes along and pays for the lease, so it will run again for about a year till new landlord realises that it won't make any money due to the business model of said brewery. Think it works out at 2.70 per pint. the locals are willing to pay that but if you push your prices up then they simpley won't come in and you are then relying on passing trade and food sales. Simpley just won't work like that. Well it hasn't for the past god knows how many years.

Stu_R. Let me know as soon as you can please.

The pub isn't in Cumbria, near Penrith, is it?
