Last Friday i spotted this on the Blowers website, and after missing out on a couple of these recently i took the plunge. The wife's a little miffed as she was lining up one of these for my 40th, but patience has never been me strong point.

I'm well pleased, it's a lovely thing. Top marks to Blowers as well, excellent service!

I'm just deciding at the momeny whether or not to try and move it onto a Kevlar strap.

Nice one. I fancy one of these meself! They look better on the leather strap than on the steel bracelet IMO.

I'll have to get shot of a few Omegas first though...............

I've always liked the Flieger, but I could never justify the asking for a 7750.

Had a Doppel for a while though, and that was lovely.

Good choice.

Mine says high, whilst wearing it's Kevlar on the gorgeous, but ridiculously expensive IWC deployant - a very comfy combo.

Just loving the Kevlar strap. Did you retro fit yours?

I've found one on eBay that i'm seriously considering buying. I'm not sure i'm willing to pay the asking price for the deployment mechanism though.

My watch came with the proper bracelet, croc & kevlar straps. I've tried it on all 3, but I'm actually wearing it on an after-market Croc nstrap,to keep the IWC stuff in mint condition.

Desperately wanted a Doppel for the complication but my girlfriend talked me out of it after I tried one on - simply too big for my wrist and looked silly. frown

Due to the actual movement used, I doubt any double chrono complication will be available in 42mm or less (preferably 40mm), so I had to make do with the flyback single chrono on the Breguet (which is 40mm like the Daytona).

And AFAIK the Doppel is just a 7750 with a bolt-on module, isn't it? Like the non-7750 chronos that are 2892 ETAs with Dupraz modules?
