I would presume the R56 however I googled it and didnt find much?

Where did the news come from?

You'd think it'd be the R56 due to the One having a different engine to the rest of the range.

Motoringfile don't seem to have anything on it.

I'd booked an 01 car in for Central Locking failure and they called me back with this info.

Sounds a bit unlikely, it's the same engine and electrics as the rest of the 1st Gen petrol cars?
