This Is Jinsy was a pilot of a show that aired a week last Monday on BBC3.

Did anyone see it? I confess I watched it because I was told to. It was billed as a mixture of Python and Mighty Boosh.

It was certainly surreal, or at the very least absurd. I thought it had an awful lot of potential but seemed to miss the mark a bit... Their 10 minute teaser (which they made in order to recieve funding for the pilot) was far far funnier IMO.

What did anyone else think.

That tumbleweed is just clearing......

I didn't see that pilot (seems no one else did either hehe) but the series has been previewed with a few trailers on Sky for it's debut on Sky Atlantic soon.

All I know is that Harry Hill is in it.

I saw an advert for it, thought it seemed like a load of s**t - not my cup of tea at all...

To me it's just an excuse to act like a bunch of fkwits in the name of humour, kind of like that other pile of monkey crap, the league of gentlemen. What a large steaming turd that was

You sir, are a true hero, as i could not have managed that. The televisual box would have become broken, if i had tried to watch it

Got it on in the background while I browse the web. Seems pretty poor.

Watched a bit tonight and turned it off after about 10 minutes as it is a load of crap.

I loved the League of Gentlemen, that was very funny. Jinsy I was less impressed with.
Surreal humour is great when it is just right. Father Ted was ace, LoG was as well. But Jinsy just seems too weird and contrived. They have gone too far. I lost track of the Might Boosh and stopped watching, but Jinsy didn't get past the 10 minute mark.

Agree with the above.

My wife and I endured the full programme.

Very poor, trying too hard to be quirky.

It did raise a couple of smiles.

Won't be watching that again.
