MS Word help!

I have a Word file with some complicated formatting saved from a recent version as a .docx file, but I need it in .doc format for Word 2003.

I have tried Google Docs and OpenOffice, but neither preserves the formatting.

Does anybody have the new version and would they mind converting it to Word 2003 for me?
