Ok so i watched a bit of the video and i too think the beginning is alot like Joe Jacksons "Stepping Out",i stopped the video as its a fairly crappy song at 1:01........and suddenly had an idea for a change of career for Miss Cilmi.

What style was her first album? I only heard two singles which sounded quite 'pop'. I think she is still using the same producer. I dont mind this new single although it is a bit pop-by-numbers.

Hear (and saw!) this down the gym today.

After the intro I was expecting something a little different. It kinda went a little downhill.

And yes, she's apparently admitted to lifting the Joe Jackson riff. Which means I've got a renewed interest in Joe Jackson, and shall be looking for his stuff later on!
