newbie - just purchased a HARO Fliteline 1

After a break of 40 odd years I decided (after putting on another 8 pounds over Xmas) to but a bike to try and regain some fitness. Ebay and £60 gave me a 6 month old HARO Fliteline 1 in what seems to be very good condition. I've only tried it on the road (Bishopton to Witton, Stockton to Preston Park) and the Castle Eden Walkway at Wynyard. I don't seem to have lost much weight and just ache at the hips - but I am loving it.
