Traction bar setup focus

A while back i remember seeing an article about a traction bar set up for the mk1 focus. It was fitted to the turbo st 170 owned by one of the writers for the mag (performance ford i think) Does anyone know if there are still available and if so cost ? Ive done a search on the net but have come up a blank
