Trash recovery on a Mac

Well, what can I say, I've deleted a folder by mistake and subsequently emptied the trash so it's gone!

Are there any utilities for an iMac for recovering emptied trash items?

There's a new one I've not seen before, and don't recall the name (on the iPhone here) but I'm sure it'd turn up with a Google or Googlemac search for file recovery.

Make sure to run from disc or install on separate HDD, and recover to the external drive too.

Not running Leopard unfortunately!!
