Good B roads near Xscape and Malton

Hi everyone, could you pop down any good B roads around the Castleford to Malton area please as I am trying to gather everything together for my run on the 4th April. I know a few and have spent a few weekends now having a look, if you know of any more could you pop a google map up or the road name.

If you didnt know, they are digging up the roads round xscape, to get to the motorway you take a massive detour and the traffic is chaos.

I think from the m-way to xscape is open, but you can go out that way - you have to go through glasshoughton, then into Castleford and back on yourself to get back
