Only child. Kept under wraps. Risk avoidance, little social contact. Wow I hate them. Mothers day, I only got a card because I felt I had to. Father is lomg dead, and I still fight the b'stard most nights in my dreams. How do I tell my mother that I really hate her as well? I don't care about my inheritance, I'd sooner sell her house and forget I ever lived there than to take a penny out of it. Anyone else feel the same? I really wish I wasn't like this, I hate feeling so ungratefull. Everytime I go there I hate it, wish I was elsewhere. Even had the snip so I can't have kids as I know I would be a st parent. Help me someone or I'm doomed to be a speed maniac. Speed and booze make me feel alive, well the speed does, booze just deadens the sensation.

I don't really see eye to eye with my mother & constantly have dissagreements with her. Seems we argue over the simplest of things & she seems to be jack of all trades because one minuite she know's more than a doctor does, then she know's more than our local vet & so on & so on but i will never forget that she gave birth to me & there will always be some sort of respect there. So to answer your question, no i don't hate her because using the word "hate" is a bit strong but i do dislike her most days.

"Acrington Stanley..."

Let it out HB. That's it.

This is a windup (and I applaud such threads) or you have issues.
PH is the perfect place to vent your spleen though.

Father I've never know. Mother abandoned me several times.

I stopped saying 'love you' on the phone for a while when I was around 13 because I decided I didn't. I started again because it upset her. I make a conscious effort to send the sttiest mother's day card I can find, and make sure it doesn't mention love.

Hmm, I don't subscribe to that school of thought. For me, certain people start off with a certain level of respect and others have to earn it, but everyone is capable of losing it completely.

You want to get off that stuff, it's nasty. Get some cannabis instead.

Hate? No, I love 'em to bits.

Feel about a billion lightyears away from in terms of outlook, attitude and viewpoint?

They fk you up, your mum and dad.
They may not mean to, but they do.
They fill you with the faults they had
And add some extra, just for you.

I consider it to be the worst thing mine ever did to me. I don't see why it should "deserve respect".

Agreed. Ganja good, speed bad. Used to do it all the time. Fortunately I managed to get pissed off with it and just stopped doing it one day.

My dad is a selfish , I hate him and haven't spoken to him for 5 years. It annoys me that I didn't realise this until I was 21 though, my sister realised when she was 8, much quicker on the ball.

Oldest of 6 kids, father regularly beat the st out of all of us, and our mum, God rot his soul.
He met a horrible, cancerous end and I never shed a tear.
My Mother never lifted a hand to defend any of us, or herself.
It's safe to say I have "issues" over this.
