AJP8 Seepage!

Removed the aluminium plate beneath the engine to do an oil change and I noticed a slight seepage from the bottom of the black timing chain cover, not enough to drip ont the garage floor or notice a higher than average oil consumption, is this anything to be bothered about or just normal for these engines?

That looks like its coming from the front crank pulley oil seal, quite common:
