i need service history help

Can anybody help getting me a print out of the wifes mini's history?
had a service via tlc pack just before xmas,and its been runing flat and the engine light was coming on,took the plugs out and....well lets say they look like theve never been replaced!
new plugs in and shes runing so sweet again,but have been told the lambda sensor is foobard! maybee down to knackt plugs.
my faith in dealerships has gone down hill since this.

I would go back to the dealer and show them the plugs and ask why they were not replaced? Have you checked the oil.

Plugs do last a lot longer but this could be the other way round. The sensor did the plugs. What ever the service should have shown this up.

Hi Dan,the plugs should have been done on service 2,but they are so worn out its looking like theyve never been replaced!
the electrode at the bottom is level with the ceramic,i drove it before xmas (i only normaly get the pleasure of cleaning her) and it was so flat and under powerd.i dont know if they just thought it was such a low mile example they wouldnt bother changing em,its only done 27k now.
I keep this car mint,but just goes to show BMW/MINI dealerships arnt no better than billy back street.
