Well as of Friday morning I am now the owner of a 94 Griffith 500, a lifelong ambition achieved to really pleased, as well as looking forward to getting back in the driving seat. The car itself is in really good condition mechanically and has just benefitted from a full respray so looks perfect. The seats and interior while not too bad are showing their age slightly. How much would it cost to recover the leather parts of the interior, excluding the dash board, ie seats, door cards and tunnel sections? Thanks in advance.

Cost of recovering is hugely variable depending on quality of work and quality of leather used. But a grand or two is a minimum starting point. Racing Green TVR quoted me (as a very rough guide) GBP5.5k last year on redoing a car, and that seems light to me.
Depending on how bad the condition of the leather is you could look at reconditioning. I had the seats of my 550 Maranello done last year by someone from Swissvax, and the difference was truly staggering. Paid around €450 for it, they look like new now.
