Global spell checker on Windows?

On OS X on the Mac there is a System Spell Checker, that lets any input box be spell checked (ie: underlined in red, right click to get list of suggestions). I use it all the time on browser forms such as the one I'm typing in to now.

My question. Is there a similar product for the PC? Them lot at work are always complaining they cannot spell-check web forms - there must be something available?

There's something called IEspell that does it for internet explorer.

Thanks, that could be just what I'm looking for (especially if it works with other browsers too). I'll take a look.
