Open wheel track days

I Did a search but found nothing, so thought I would ask here.

Is there any track day organisers who do open wheel/single seater events

If you have an open wheel single seater is it allowed to use it on a track day if you put arches over all four wheels, similar to the ones on the front of Caterhams, westfields, MK's etc.
