I fitted Gaz Golds to my Tuscan, its an easy enough job. Yes, they control the car much better over the bumps, as for settings, start off with say 10 clicks up on the front, 14 on the rear, and see how you like it.
There easy to adjust to your liking.
As for the Geo nr you, I do not know, but worth doing IMO.

Just fitted Gaz Golds to my Cerbera,
Easy enough to fit as long as you can get the bolts out!!. Soak them in penetrating oil 24hrs before you takle the job it will make things a bit easier. I managed it and I am a numptie when it comes to this sort of thing having never worked on cars before...ever.
Certainly feels a lot better than before although I have only done a few miles since I finished fitting them on Sunday.

Just had gaz gold pro's fitted to the Tuscan, went in wanting racing reds but was convinced by Power to give the GGP's a try.
No real justification as they are both pretty good quality comparing the two side by side, but Dom did say that in his opinion the cars sat better on GGP's. My car was sitting a bit high so that kind of clinched it for me, though i know they are both adjustable height wise.
Very happy so far, had the geo done too, and the car feels very nice, but i havent played yet to suit me. Running 12 on front and 8 on the back, which sounds fairly soft compared to Mark...

The settings are very much a personal choice. I like my car set up fairly stiff [ at my age this is understandable
] as IMO you get more feel on how the car is talking to the road.I fitted my original set of GG’s about 18 months ago, then they had stiffer rear springs, so a 10/14[rear] setting on the rebounds felt about right to me.
However, late last year, when my Tuscan was in at Powers for a service, they found the dreaded “cracks” in the Alloy casings.
TVR power kindly spoke to Gaz on my behalf, and replaced all 4 coil overs at no charge to myself.
They told me that Gaz had reduced the rear spring rate to improve the ride, and set them up to a “standard” setting.
I personally found the rear then way to bouncy, so after a few miles kept increasing the rear shock settings harder, eventually up to 17 on the rear, which feels good to me.
As I said, it’s a personal choice.

. and what have you done with the +/- dial? Sorry guys I'm a numptie on mechanics but I did manage to fit them ok so thats a start.
