Help needed getting Text messages back

I have a Sony Ericsson C905 and after 18 months my screen and keypad started to play up so I got a free replacement, I moved all my text messages onto the memory card, now I have the replacement phone but can't read my old texts. Can anybody help?

Could you use 'My Phone Explorer'.

I used to use it when I had a K750i and it would sync everytime I plugged it in and save all my texts.. That'd probably work?
