V-POWER pumps dried up anyone??

Has anyone else had trouble getting the above or even tesco 99 and BP Ultimate in the Yorkshire area?? I found last friday that the garages that sell the above in Doncaster were empty... Running on memories was not good as i nursed the car to get a little regular in just to get me home and lift the needle off of the "E".
Esso came to the rescue the next day as there supply of super seems fine. Think the companys are with holding supply to hike the prices up??

Hmmm, seems fine around Leeds.
Prices are going silly again, but I can only see it effecting heavy road users first and causing grief generally for the economy. It can't last long like this imo! Frozen pay rises or even cuts, high inflation, rising fuel costs and logistical costs... gonna be a bad year for many if it does stay high... even if it is through high demand due to low production volume.
That said, I'm sure the biggest hit is the weak pound making the most of the difference.

Spoke to a mate today who'd been to cadwell on a track day last week. It's bone dry around there aswell for any of the good stuff. Lincolnshire, South and East yorkshire seem to be the most effected.
Yeh it is usually the last to run out due to the cost....... Can't help thinking it's a way of jacking prices sky high when it does return to the forecourts.

The Shell station on the A63 just after the M62 finishes has kept having some - mainly because it is 5p more a L than Willerby.
I always thought that was one of the cheaper places in the area! (Never been to Willerby though.)I have also noticed some dry pumps this last week. Even had to put the wrong stuff in for a while - the old girl didn't like that too much.
