So his Mrs is letting him use is Wood again? hehe

glad he is coming back, that man has done more for golf than anyone could probably hope to do for any sport.

Agree with okgo, what he's done for golf is astonishing. Not only has he brought a lot more money to the game, he's brought a different level of fitness toosmile

I hope he wins the Masters, a good friend is refereeing there this year so will get a front row seat the feckermadbiggrin

I agree with you also, Tiger has taken golf to a different level. Cannot wait to have him back on the course and watching him play golf again. Am interested to see what sort of odds the bookies are giving him, may be worth a looksmile

Bar this slip he has always come accross polite, professional etc.

And he didn't get to be the highest earning sportsman from being a bad role model (although this has messed that up hehe ) The next highest earner took home half as much yikes

Odds on Woods to win The Masters is 4/1, next nearest is Mickleson at 8/1

4/1 isn't as low as it has been for woods, so may be worth a little flutter! For some reason I really fancy him winning it, don't know if it is because I want him to, or that i know he can easily win it.

He has been an outstanding role model, obviously apart from this rather large incident. But I believe this will give him the opportuniy to become a role model again on how he can overcome this problem and fix his golfing career and family life in he next year. Hopefully people will give him the chance, and I agree with his decision to come back to the masters.

Great golfer, astonishing in fact but a "great role model" he is not. Spitting, club throwing and the like is not how id want my kids role models to behave on the course.

Spitting? you'll find spitting in ALL pro sport, a for club throwing, fair enough, but they all do that.

Wasn't it true that for several years New Zealands highest paid sport start was Tigers caddy?

Are you kidding me, his on course behaviour was disgusting at times - swearing, spitting, club throwing. He'll never be as good as Nicklaus IMHO
