Mens Boots

I know there are many on here who deem themselves in the know with regards to fashion, luckily I won't require your opinions today as I am looking at getting a pair of boots which I am sure is this seasons big no no

I like boots, and I wear jeans pretty much most of the time casually, and I am bored of shoes/casual trainers. So is there anything drastically wrong with a pair of brown boots with jeans?

I was thinking this kind of style.. but would apreciate if anyone has bought a pair from a known shoemaker etc that have worked well..I normally like J.West for this kind of thing, but they don't have anything that catches my eye....

I don't particularly care. Theres nothing wrong with a good ol' pair of boots so long as they don't look too out of context. Just for the love of god don't buy a pair of ugg boots.

Boots on guys is a no, although you could get away with walking or work boots.

I have a pair of Chelsea boots, they go very well with jeans.

I would not reccomend cow boy boot unless you are and actual cow boy or a very good looking young lady.... you may end up looking like a bit a creep.

I'd rather have a nice pair of waterproof, lightweight comfortable boots as I hate having too much weight on my feet.

Hard to whack a pair of Cat boots in the winter - go well with jeans

Boots are fine, wear them loads in the winter months. A pair of Timbaland boots with jeans looks spot on in my opinion. Add a nice sweater and smart winter jacket and you are good to go.

Only boots I own are a pair of steel toe capped Cats. And they work just great with my newly acquired leather bush hat.

Lobb make arguably the best boots around nowadays, worth checking them out. Grensons and Loake also do have some nice boots in their ready to wear selections.

Loake L1 collection is fantastic and made in England.

I have a couple of pairs of their Chelsea boots. These are casual enough for wear with jeans and smart enough to wear with trousers..

I actually bought a pair of DMs a couple of weeks ago. Haven't seen any for years, they were dirt cheap - entirely spontaneous purchase.

Not sure when I'll wear them, in fact.
