I'm an agent putting a pitch together for a site in North London, value £15m +. I tend to deal with commercial space so could do with a steer. I've asked a few contacts but wanted to throw the questions open to a wider audience.

What are the most important pieces of info you want to see from the agent?
On an unconditional basis - How would you ideally structure payment?

If you could indicate the sort of firm you work for it would be useful.
